
THE BRIEF
This project was for a new film production company start up.
The client wanted a logo to be a recognisable symbol for his brand.
The logo may also be developed into an animation for film title sequences and other applications.
The client's asked for a design that was colourful and bright
They were keen on a "sunset orange" colour.
They asked for a balance between an intricate and simple design.
THE DIRECTION
One challenge was to capture two contradictory ideas. The idea of rebellion and the idea of calm.
A non-conformist that is also non-confrontational.
I decided on key themes being a modern, urban aesthetic and graffiti stencilling.
